Here's the truth about the Lawsuit against YTB.
The Individual that filed the lawsuit against ytb owned a brick and motour travel agency, joined ytb, and then tried to cancelled and that's when all hell broke loose.

The Truth: YTB was just waiting for something like this to happen, but just didn't understand why it didn't happen years ago, (YTB already anticipated this coming ahead of time)

The Lawsuit, YTb has been accused of a Pyramid scheme, doing more recruiting than selling their actual product. Wait, there's more......

The Truth: Everytime Ytb or an rta sells a travel store/franchise, that is the actual product, then the new RTA has the Option to either Sell travel alone(RTA only) or RTA & Rep(remember, to become a rep is free), naturally it just makes sense to do both at no additional charge right?

More Truth: Plus selling travel is our product#2, so we have several products to sell without recruiting reps.

YTB, thought about this well before you and i were recruited. Probably right around the time when they sat down with lawyers making sure the company would be a solid one in 2001. Its just everyone else never new what they were doing!

Once again, YTB Is on Top of the Game, and wait until we go to franchise mode, Can you say mo money?WOW!!

I've recently joined YTB but the idea of getting involved with the Travel Biz is from a long way back. YTB is growing fast and of course when you do good you not only attract supporters but obviously some detractors. We're end of October and YTB is still going on strong. I see many nice candid and friendly people in here who express thoughtful and well conceived ideas. And some know that trhough rough times the only way to achieve and succeed is to hold on strong... obviously not cave in to any negative attacks in whichever way it is formulated. YTB is only one venture among the many presented iwht the fine people of Better Networker but it all start in beleivein in yourself and your own flair. If it feels good... you proudly keep pushing on, nicely but convincingly.
I've had THE GRAND BARN for 20 solid years and of course, being on the far more liberal side of life, yes I've often been under attacks. Well, only the strong survive, definitely. Not always easy and at times very demanding but one needs to stand up with honor in the face of adversity. Here, you find genuine caring friends who might/should help through such process. What's to be done is look to the positive and asbtract the negative as persistant it might be at times. And get as many allies to see your vison and share along with you. I'm also here for that and I appreciate those who stand up to either YTB or others who are unjustly under attacks.
