Here's my two cents... Your prospects are all the online marketers out there. They might not need your opportunity right now but you can't tell when they'd dump their opportunity (for whatever reason). But right now, online marketers can use a complete marketing/recruiting system. Give them that system, then, promote your opportunity at the 'back end' of the system. This way, they'd always see your opportunity whenever they visit their back office. When the time is right, your opportunity is there.

Well, I think there is a certain demographic that finds interest in travel biz leads... not all of them are online marketers. My first 20 team members knew nothing of online marketing, and neither did their first recruits.

I really think there has to be more than just a biz op, but also a good product. I got involved in a travel biz because I LOVE to travel. I wanted to save money... the biz op was just an added bonus (: So, a good strategy is to try to target people who actually like to travel.

But yes, there is a recruiting aspect when it comes to MLM. People who are already in a home-based business might give it another try if they decide to leave their current opportunity, but they're probably not likely to just jump on the first thing right there in front of them.
