:huh: I have just found out from YTB's legal department that any websites other then YTb's official travel site are not authorized to use. The official site and only one authorized is www.ytbtravel.com/yourusername
This means that your Domain name needs to be forwarded to YTB only.

I don't mean to dispute your or the legal department response, but I believe Rick Rickett's site "Paradise Network" is YTB approved. You can take a look at my home page at www.SeagleTravel.com. I learned about it last year at convention. I saw a while back something about other sites not being approved but inquired specifically and was told Rick's site is approved.

It is true that ALL websites that are NOT YTB authorized are going to be asked to come down. The only sites authorized are the YTB sites you were given when you joined. We are going to have a better booking engine in the near future. The marketing back office has a e-mail campaign, etc. in it along with other great features. The YTB marketing website has a capture page that will record all your visitors when they ask for more information. My succession to all YTB RTA's and REPS is upgrade and use only these sites. We will be more unified as one Fantastic online travel store. It is VERY important that we ALL follow the rules very closely. What we have is absolutely awesome and WE ALL NEED TO CONFORM to the rules and not go out independently and do our own thing. PROTECT what you have, work it as a business, and FOLLOW your leaders. By doing so NO ONE CAN TAKE OR HURT WHAT WE HAVE. What do we have???? If you were at the conference, seen and heard what we have you would truly know that we have the answer to our hurting economy and recession. We can "together" bring this Wonderful Nation of ours together and stronger. What are you willing to do and sacrifice for the good of this country???

Here is another update for you on the MLM travel industry. This is a seriously troubled industry segment that appears to be in violation of the MLM laws. You can expect to see more travel companies get attacked by the State and Federal regulators in addition to YTB. There are some great people in these travel companies as I stated in an earlier e-mail. They need to be educating themselves about the MLM laws in this country and then determine if they are indeed involved with a pyramid scheme. In my opinion and based on the serious lawsuits field against YTB accusing them of being a pyramid scheme these travel programs are illegal. Stay focused on your contacts in these travel programs. In the current situation, I predict they will be looking for a new MLM business to join. Remember, time will either expose you or promote you.
