ALOHA from Sunny and Beautiful in San Diego, California, and in one
day I went from Coast to Coast and in 3 Different Seasons of the
Year. This Morning I left Hartford, Connecticut where the weather was
in Fall Condition with Leaves all over the Ground and Wind Blowing all
over the places. I had a 4 and half hour flight from Hartford to
Denver, Colorado. And Denver was truly amazing with a Snow Storm when
we landed at 9: 00a.m. this morning and I couldn't believe that I
actually saw snow this morning and it's not even Halloween yet.
However, here in San Diego it's a Balmy 90 Degrees and sunny. Anyway,
my Mom and I had a Great Time in Boston this weekend and Yesterday
there was over 1,000 People at the Certification in Boston with my
awesome YTB Heroes, the Dynamic Duo Level 3 Directors Steve Branch
and TV Wilson. I spent some with my Buddies who have recently been
named one of the 12 Circle of Champions of YTB and that's truly an
awesome accomplishment. The Atlantic Northeast is ready to erupt with
some major production in states like Rhode Island, Massachusetts,
Vermont and Connecticut that haven't got a clue about what's going to
take place there in the next 12 to 18 months. There are so many small
towns and States that are just now hearing about YTB in their areas
and that let's you know that this business is about to take off in
about 150 Major Cities across the country. Hopefully, all of you are
having a Wonderful Weekend So Far, and I had the opportunity to
listen to Coach's Call yesterday afternoon and that was one of his
BEST Conference Call that he has ever given, and if you missed it,
then go to your Back Office this Wednesday and pull up Coach's Call

We will be hosting some Incredible Grand Openings and
Travel Parties in Honolulu Hawaii this weekend. I will be headed to
Oahu on late Thursday night for more Incredilble Explosion for YTB
this weekend. We will be hosting Travel Parties at the Best Western
Hotel on Nimitz Highway near the Honolulu Airport on this Friday
Night at 7:00p.m.(Hawaiian Time) and then on Sunday at 5:00p.m
.(Hawaiian Time) and then right afterwards on Sunday I will be
conducting a Training for the Hawaii Team. If there is anyone you
want us to plug into all of the excitement for this coming weekend
then please let us know via e-mail. We won't be having another CRTA
there until either December or January 2008. We encourage everyone to
step their personal production up because we are going into the heart
of the holiday season and many people are beginning to think in terms
of their New Year Resolutions and we want to give them the KEY they

Today, I want to share with you the fact that "GREATNESS EMERGES FROM
ADVERSITY"! You know it's funny, anything that ever was GREAT in Life
came from Intense Struggle and Overcoming objections. I think many of
us want our Business to work like the Lottery, where you purchased a
ticket and and then MAGICALLY you become a Director and a Multi
Millionaire with our Company. However, I believe that everyone comes
into the Business starts off as an Engineer, because you are Building
an Empire that will stand the test of time. Some Engineers in our
business have Developed Great Skyscrapers, but some Engineers haven't
even looked at the BLUEPRINT! I'm sure you've heard the statement
before that anything worth having then it's worth paying the price to
have that thing you desire. Therefore, if you want HUGE Skyscraper
then it's going to take Bigger Blueprints and More Time, because you
want it to stand for the years to come. There are so many things you
will eventually overcome in order to be Legendary in our Industry. So
Please don't get frustrated with where you are right now in your YTB
Business. Think about what it takes for you to Become a Medical
Director or an Astronaut, well when you think about it's going to
take Greater Accuracy and Precision in order to achieve that GREAT
Goal! Hey, no offense if you want to become a waiter at the Local Bar
and Grill then the challenge will be less (significantly)! This is why
FOCUS is so important because there are many moving parts when you are
trying to achieve that ultimate vision for your life, thanks!

In Closing, we want to WELCOME ALL NEW REPS./RTAs that have joined
the organization this past week. We're coming close to the Holiday
Season and I know this week was the week that we purely Focused on
Travel. But now it would be a good idea for us to share this business
with everyone we know so that they can positioned themselves with this
opportunity before the New Year of 2008. We can give our Friends and
Family a jump on those New Year's Resolutions and give our prospects
a Sense of Purpose and Sense of Destiny for the new year. What a
Perfect Holiday Gift, Give Them a Gift that keeps on Giving, and
that's a Business that can set them free for Generations to come.
Lastly, I was reading the Forbes Magazine issue on America's 400
Richest People and I read the Story on the Walton Family. Sam Walton
was a Visionary, who started the little company WALMART, which now
has over 7,000 Stores Worldwide and now serves over a 176 Million
Customers every week. It has been deemed as the #1 Retail Store in
the world for the last several years. You may not want to be as Big
as Walmart, but wouldn't be nice to leave Millions behind for worthy
causes and your family to enjoy now and when you past on to be with

Good Evening WUDAP/YTB Leaders:

ALOHA from Times Squares New York City, New York and we are having
such a wonderful time hear on the East Coast. We had a great time in
New York City Yesterday and we had the opportunity to take the kids
shopping and they had the time of their lives. I had never seen so
many Cabs in my life and traffic like you wouldn't believe on a
Sunday evening. We had the opportunity to share the Business with
many new people and it's always fascinating to hear the excitement in
people's voice when they hear about this incredible business. YTB is
the answer to many people's prayers and we are on a crusade to help
change the lives of thousands of people in the next 5 to 10 Years.
There's been a lot ot talk and people asking questions in regards to
IATA (which stands for International Association of Travel Agents),
and my response is that they have definite value, but the VISION of
YTB is much Grander than any association's affiliations with our
Company. If you look at the size of YTB which is rapidly approaching
a 140,000 RTAs Worldwide we truly are going to eventually have our
own Credentials THAT THE OTHER TRAVEL AGENCIES WILL BE MEASURED BY!
Here's a lesson about when you are looking to be the #1 Online Travel
Agency in the World or #1 in anything, then there are going to be
people and organizations envious of you and want to take you down.
Hey Team we are competing for the #1 Industry in the World (TRAVEL)
do you think those Dinosaur Travel Agencies want us to really
succeed, absolutely not? For Many Years no one really paid YTB any
attention because they might of thought that we were a fly by night
company. However, Everyday we are shocking The Industry with our
presence and eventually it will be Universally accepted like VISA and
American Express. I personally feel that everyone should focus on
booking travel on their personal websites, building their teams and
reaching for their CLIA and IATAN Cards until we resolved the issue
with IATA or get our own Credentials. YTB still has its A.R.C. #,
which stands for Airline Reporting Commissions Number and NO ONE CAN
TAKE THAT FROM US!! Finally, one day everyone is going to want a YTB
Credential Card and that day is coming soon I promise you, thanks!

Today, I want to ask everyone "WHAT WILL YOU LET STOP YOU OF YOUR
DREAMS AND GOALS?" You know in the time of Transition and changes
within a company or an organization there is an opportunity to want
to pull away from your FOCUS (Dreams and Goals!) This would be truly
tragic for any of you to begin to pull away from your objective
because some hiccup in your Game Plan. I was watching a little of the
New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles Football Game last night,
where The Patriots were a 25 point favorite, which is a NFL all time
High between 2 teams. And can you believe that there were critics who
were actually saying that New England might of lost their touch
because they only won the game by 3 points? That just proved to me
that you can't and shouldn't please everyone, because there are many
people out there that are simply CRAZY! Here is a team (New England)
who has a NFL Best 11-0 and that's not satisfactory enough for them
because they didn't win 52 to 0. This is why you have to stick to
your Game Plan because everyone has an opinion (especially a LOSER)
so please be careful in where you get your counsel from. When you
came to YTB, most of you came to the company in order to Be Set
Financially Free for Generations to Come. From Coach, Scott, Kim and
the 160 Directors that are with the company, you have to know that we
don't have a Pull Back Spirit. But a Spirit of a Lion or an Eagle
that's going to Soar over all the mess and get ourselves and our
people to that Level 7 Position in the company, come join the ride,
thanks!

Los Angeles Travel Party was truly blessed last night in many ways, but we were truly honored to have a Legend in the Network Marketing Industry and Personal & Self Development Industry in our midst. Many of us have heard of the The Book/DVD, "The Secret", and it has reached Millions of people all around the world. I've seen the DVD 3 times and I often quote it in my teachings all over the country. Bob Proctor and Lisa
Nichols, Narrators of the Secret's DVD were at the Westin Hotel Last
Night for a speaking engagement for another company. One of our great
leaders, Juliette told me that he was next door to our meeting, and I
said Wow! Well, I thought it would be a great idea to go meet this
incredible person, because he's been my mentor for several years in
this Industry. At first, I just introduced myself to him and thanked
him for being such an inspiration for me and our wonderful team then
I left for our meeting.

But then I had a Hair Brain of an idea to go back and Ask Bob Proctor
if he could address our listening audience for just 30 seconds before
he started his other meeting, and Surprisingly he said YES!

So after I picked up my jaw off the floor, I preceded to take Mr.
Proctor to our Travel Party. What was suppose to be a 30 second
intro, turned into a 10 Minute Testimony of his successes of his 5
Corporations around the world. He has sold millions of books
Internationally, and I remember seeing him and other speakers of the
Secret on LARRY KING Live not to long ago, and remember saying that I
wanted to have those leaders in our company. Well long story short,
after Mr. Proctor did his presentation, I implicitly Thanked Him and
then gave him a copy of our Success Magazine. He's 73 Years old and
he's actually 6 months younger than Coach Tomer, who got a kick out
of the story this morning when I called him. Finally, I had to ask
him the magical question, "DO YOU KEEP YOUR BUSINESS OPTIONS OPEN?"
Once again he said YES, and then he gave me his Business Card, and I
gave him mine. Without question, this is the Biggest Recruit of My
Networking Career and we will speak later this week.

Today, I want to share with you the "POWER OF THE LAW OF ATTRACTION",
and I have been hinting around this very subject over the last couple
of days. There are a lot of things we have in our lives today because
of our mindset. Basically it comes down to whatever you're thinking
about that will attract to your life both positively and negatively.
I've come to know that everything I have in my life, I have it
because of things that I've been thinking about consistently. What I
want everyone to focus on from this point on, is just things you want
and forget about the things you don't want. Have you noticed that you
can't Promote Peace by having an Anti War Campaign, because you are
giving WAR more energy than diffusing it. If you want LOVE then think
Love, and that's what you're going to eventually attract. Proverbs
puts it this way, that as a man think it, so shall it be. This is why
your Expectations are so important, because whatever you EXPECT you
will eventually Draw. Positive thoughts give off Energy, and
unfortunately so does negative energy. Many of you have the
Expectation and the Work Ethic that supports you want to be a
Director with YTB, and eventually down the road you will get exactly
what you've been expecting to receive. When you hear the statement
'WEALTH IS TRULY A STATE OF MIND' there is a 100% truth into this
because your mind is a Magnet and it will take in whatever you allow
it to receive. Therefore let the Law of Attraction work on your
behalf just like Gravity to get things you want in Life!

In Closing, we encourage all of you to began to make those NEW YEAR
Resolutions for 2008, and prepare yourself for the Best Year that you
ever had. I believe that Success is a Decision, and I encourage of all
you merely decide that your life will have a total 180% Turnaround
this time next year. I'm asking all of you not to get misdirected
from your goals from all the excitement of the Holidays. However,
this doesn't give you a license to be a Scrooge, but stay the course

covered Monitoring Your Organization for Proper Growth and I felt we
could of stayed on that topic for at lest 2 hours. If by chance you

correspond with our Boot Camp Training for Directorship in 6 Months.
Last week's Travel Party and Training was Dynamic and so powerful we
went from 7:30p.m. to 9:30p.m., and we were greeted by Mr. Bob
Proctor, World Renown Speaker and Business Owner. Wednesday's
December 19, 2007 Travel Party will begin at 7:30p.m. (sharp) and
then we will host our Training from 8:30p.m.- 9:30p.m. The Cost for
RTAs is only $10 and then all guests are free. Come out and join all
the fun with this exciting event, thanks!

Today, we are happy to speak to you about a Topic that comes up
several times a week, and that is our business has a point of
SATURATION. Well if you had this belief before, then join the club
because I use to have that same mind set, until I did some digging
and found out that what I was really believing was simply a MYTH.
There are 140,000 RTAs in our Company and there is only 6 Billion
Plus People on the earth, which means we have a ways to go before we
hit Saturation when it comes to people. Then on the flip side of the
coin, we represent the #1 Industry in the world, which is Travel &
Tourism, which represents 7 Trillion of Dollars in Sales per year and
will simply double by the year 2016 to 14 Trillion Dollars Worldwide.
Thirdly, Millions of people are finding out that Corporate America is
not what it use to be, and that they need to be conscious of their own
Job Security, which there is no such thing in today's society.
Therefore, The Home Base Business Boom will soar into the Millions
within the next 5 to 10 Years. More Importantly, there are a Billion
Baby Boomers in the world today and 79 Million here in the U.S. alone
and there are 10,000 Retiring from there jobs everyday. That is 1
person every 8 seconds in our country. My Belief is that we will
eventually have over 5 to 10 Million RTAs Worldwide before things
really get cooking for our amazing company. This is still less than
1/10 of 1 percent of the World's Population and by the time we hit
that number our World's Population Growth will swallow up the number
of RTAs that we have in our company. By the way, there are over 8,000
teenagers that turn 18 years old everyday, which is the legal age for
someone to join our company. Therefore, you have plenty of time,
people and opportunity to build your wealth with YTB, thanks!

In Closing, we are going to speak to you tomorrow about the 4 Stages
of Involvement with YTB. The Most Important One, is Phase I: Active
Involvement, which means you are out there DOING THE DO everyday for
your business. We seen some spectacular things since we've been in
the company, but our days ahead are greater than anything we've ever
done. And the only way you see, the Greater things to come is to stay
In Phase I. We will talk about the Non Productive Stages (Phase 2-4)
tomorrow, which stagnates and hinders people from reaching their full
potential with YTB. When we are out there talking to people everyday
about our Business, then we are operating in Phase I; Continuously
and that's what leads us to major success in our businesses, thanks.
