Disclaimer:
My motto: "I don't knock what others are doing. It's not either or it's and and both". So I don't get into... my daddy is bigger than yours.
My primary company uses both travel and gas and I've heard they both work good for the right people.
What I have found is that you have to try enough things until you find what works for YOU!!!! And once you do set it up on auto pilot and run with it, then find something else that works for YOU and repeat the process.
Now once you get them in your business the question is "how to make as many people stick without it looking like a revolving door". If you don't you'll have to focus on recruiting super large enormous numbers. From what I've seen a very few folks can do that successfully. So what I've been focusing on is "not either or but and, and both" incentives to boost my business and specific strategies to increase my retention.
