This Morning's Leadership Call with Superstar Director Mr. Alan Horton was such an inspiration to me and for many of the YTB Family. This was probably the 1st Time I've
been interviewed by another Director in the Company so it was kind of
awkward because I'm usually Hosting The Calls for our team. However,
we had a hour long call on some incredible Team Building Concepts
that have truly blessed our organization beyond belief in the last 2
years. Then Coach's Call this morning was truly OFF THE HOOK, with
his amazing Christmas stories and updates concerning our wonderful
company. We want to WELCOME ALL NEW REPS./RTAs that have joined the
organization this week so far, and we're truly excited to help you
build your YTB Business to Higher Heights in 2008 that will set your
family financial free for generations to come. CONGRATULATIONS to one
of my good friends and one of YTBs Great Leaders Mr. Donald Bradley,
Level 3 Director out of Atlanta Georgia, who just entered into the
Million Dollar Club with YTB. Which means he will be documented to
have earned over a Million Dollars in a 12 Month Period of time with
our company. This makes him our #13th Circle of Champion with the
Company and he will be a wearer of the President's Club Ring which is
a Big Diamond and 12 accompanying Diamonds that surrounds that
particular one ( WOW)!

Today, we want to explain one of the most Incredible Processes that
you can ever understand when you want to see proper growth for you
new Team Member. We spoke about this in great detail this morning on
our call and that is everyone starts off with a certain BELIEF in the
Business, whether it is small or great. Secondly, we all know that
when you have Belief in anything then it produces a certain BEHAVIOR
or activity in the business. After a certain season then you will
experience RESULTS from the amount of Activity or Behavior you've
demonstrated in this business. The Real Question remains "Are the
results that you are getting, are they what you expected from your
personal performance?" The last, but most important step in this
process that everyone has to go through or ask themselves "Does The
Results Help Meet our LONG TERM NEEDS?" I often used the analogy of
Smoking and take someone through this same process. For Instance,
millions of Americans think that Smoking is Cool to do, and some say
it helps calm their nerves and releases stress. Which is a
psychological Contradiction, because your problem is still there, you
just Temporarily feel better about it. But what are those cigarettes
doing to your physical health, is the Big Question? Well anyway, this
is a Belief that someone has, and that Belief produces certain
Behaviors like smoking a Pack a day or a week. This is the Activity
in this process. So this Behavior leads to certain Results like Bad
Breath, Lung Cancer and maybe even Death. So the Million Dollar
Question is, do these Results meet your long term needs? ABSOLUTELY
NOT! Finally, if you can Help all of your People's BELIEF Level in
this Business then I believe the rest will be HISTORY. Your People
will began doing all the things they need to do in order for them to
be successful. They will practice saying and doing the right things
for their success, thanks!

In Closing, since we are in the final stages of doing our Christmas
Shopping for our loved ones. It would be a Great Idea to SHOP FOR
SOME DIRECTORS for your Businesses in the new year. I can began
hearing that many people saying they are looking for a New Direction
for the New Year Coming Up. Therefore, right now is the perfect
Planting Season for you to give some prospects your business cards
and literature on our company so that when the Holiday Melee is over
they are riped for picking for the new year. Wouldn't it be great to
find 7 to 10 Key Leaders and take these people to Director by the end
of next year? Remember, it's all about SEIZING THE MOMENT , because
everyone is basically in a good mood, therefore it's a perfect time
to do some planting and watering for your YTB business. Finally,
Happy Holidays to you and yours and let us all remember the Spirit
and Reason for Christmas.This is the Time of the year that our Lord
and Savior Jesus Christ was born and we need to share the Love of
Christ to those who have little to nothing in their lives, thanks!
