better business practices

Hi all, Just came up with an idea that i think will make the online business arena more productive, the idea is to have a protocol so opportunity seekers can be a bit more safe from scams.

This is the idea, it's very simple, the site offering opportunities should have scam check features or scam check sites links placed on the site offering these businesses. i have already implemented this with my own site, leave your views, what do you think?
