Each of us are called upon to be a leader at some time, in some capacity, and at certain points in our lives. Leadership is often conferred upon us rather than volunteered for; when that time comes, will you be ready? Each of us will be leaders in more than one area at a time; such as, in a job, at our home, in a community, in a church, as a husband, wife, father, mother, brother, sister, sibling, etc. Know this: To be a leader is inevitable, but how you lead is a choice! As you already know, with leadership comes great responsibility, and what you do with that responsibility will impact and influence more people than you will ever know.

In this group we will discuss the qualities and attributes of leadership and how to apply them to all aspects of life, including network marketing. All great leaders are willing to learn from others. I welcome you to this group and look forward to the insight and wisdom shared. Keep in mind we are driven by results, so what will the outcome be as we apply what is taught?
