Born Leader vs. Self Made Leader
Group: Becoming a Strong LeaderWe all think we know one or more persons who is a "born leader" but what is a born leader?
What secret could one be born with that could cause the to raise to the top of any field they endevor in?
Could that "secret" be dormant in all of us? If so what steps do I perform to awaken the genius within and become the Domainating Giant of my dreams?
"Whatever The MIND of MAN can Conceive and BELIEVE it can ACHEIVE"
Who can expound on the Alpha and Beta that Mike did expose but not delive into very deeply?
We have all heard over and over "To lead you must learn to follow" but is that really the "whole" truth? Must we not learn to Lead and devolop confidence?
Hey, now that should get some of the Great minds here going and liven up the discussions.

Leading and following
William, my experience would be that through following you gain confidence.A honest leader is there to cause those who follow to gain confidence. If this is not happening then it is manipulation for ones own satisfaction or use, which again is not real leadership. There are many examples of both sides in the world.

Leader or Servant?
I do believe that behind every great born or self made leader there's a servant, that leads with a servant heart. We all heard that followers will never be a leader, but I do tend to disagree with that statement, in order to be a great leader one must also learn not only how to serve, but also he must be humble enough to listen to his own heart. Great leaders, lead from their hearts and atract others that are inspired by the vision, wisdon and strength that those are able to show.
Let's all show the leaders that we are, either born or self made ones.
