An authority on a subject is someone who is perceived to be an expert. A large part of this in reality is in the perception others. How do I become an Authority on something? Here are some tips:

  • Read (and if you must - take a course) to acquire the knowledge
  • Start writing about it in forums, newletters, booklets
  • Publish a small e-book or or book. Becoming a published author is one of the quickest routes to becoming an authority
  • Develop a website with quality content ( no compromise - this is a must)
  • Start speaking about your subject as well. Start in your local church or social clubs, etc.
  • Offer free online courses for your subject

Good Luck,
