Right here, you are about to discover the basics of how to construct your internet marketing plan for immediate profits.
 
First thing’s first, in order to achieve internet success by marketing any type of business, you need a network. By network, I mean an interrelated group or system that attracts customers to your niche for profit.
 
No matter what type of business you’re in, you need a marketing system. This system is generally known as a ‘self-funded proposal’ or a ‘funded business proposal’ and is designed to attract leads of pre-qualified prospects and/or customers.
 
The point of this system is to create a direct response from the people who are already interested in your product and want to hear what you have to say. Even better, this system enables you to get your prospects to pay for your advertising costs.
 
This is far more productive and money savvy rather than spilling out hundreds or even thousands of dollars in mindless advertising hoping that someone will call you.
 
Now, let’s get down to the nitty-gritty….
 
Step 1.
 
Offer a low-priced ($27 - $47) informational product that serves the ‘how-to’ basics from the ground up. Basically, this product provides you the funds to pour back into your advertising. This is how your prospects/customers pay it for you.
 
You’re only really looking for a monthly $500 retail profit. You don’t need residual here b/c none of this money will go into your pocket. It will go back into advertising and more education.
 
If you want to be successful and stand out above the crowd, it is important to over-deliver on your information. You can deliver these goods in the form of CDs, DVDs, e-books, etc. and can be available as hard goods (printable media delivered to their door-step) or soft goods (downloadable from the internet).
 
Now, you don’t have to create your own product in order to do this. There are affiliate programs from people who have created their own products and will pay you a commission on each sale you have generated.
 
Affiliate programs are widely recognized as O.P.P.s (Other People’s Products). You down wit’ OPP? Yeah, you know me!
 
Step 2.
 
Create a capture page/ squeeze page/ landing page. This is a short and sweet mini website that ‘captures’ your prospects information (name, email, phone #) in exchange for something to their benefit, which will be something for FREE! You do this via auto responder methods.
 
What you want to offer for free is something like a 7 or 10 day e-course, report, or newsletter that skims over the information provided in the informational product you are selling.
 
Even though this is free, you still want to over deliver on this. Think about it… if they are impressed with the free information they are getting, imagine how floored they will be with the purchased goods.
 
You want to show them ‘what to do’ in the freebie and sell them on ‘how to do it’ in your product.
 
Step 3.
 
After your prospects submit the form that provides their contact information in exchange for their FREE information, they will be automatically guided to your sales letter which is, you guessed it, a sales letter for your informational product.
 
This is another mini website that is targeted towards the sale of your product. This is where the art of ad copy comes to play. Also, you need to fill this page up with testimonials as proof that your product works and has made a difference in other people’s success.
 
Step 4.
 
Develop your cash-flow-stamina.
 
Q. What is cash-flow-stamina?
 
It is your conveyor belt of constant incoming cash flow.
 
Q. How is this created?
 
It can be created in many ways but, basically in the form of a membership like a gold or platinum membership for ‘special’ customers.
 
What you want to provide here is something like a CD of the month or special insider news updating that is only released monthly or bi-monthly, whatever you can come up with on a regular basis.

To wrap it up, let’s review what we just went over here but, through your visitor’s eyes.
 
They get to your capture page, (which has been advertised via articles, blogs, PPC, etc.) like what they see, and fill out the form to get their FREE information you provide them.
 
Next, they are directed to a ‘thank you’ page that politely thanks them for their request and that it will be delivered to their email shortly. Right underneath that message is the content of the sales letter for the product you are selling.
 
If they don’t buy, it’s ok b/c they will be reminded and enticed to do so in each of your e-course, reports, whatever. If they do buy, GREAT! That leads them into another marketing funnel that drizzles money into your pocket but, we’ll talk more about that some other time.
 
Then, they get your e-course in their inbox and click on it because of its killer headline. This information provides more in depth explanations of what is to come in your product, which is still very insightful stuff but, just doesn’t show them HOW to do it (b/c it’s there in your $27-$47 product).
 
In addition to reminding them of your product, you are also promoting the cool idea of being part of your special club by subscribing to your monthly membership service.
 
There are several ways to sequence these steps but, here are just some basics for you to get a general idea. As the saying goes, ‘there’s more than one way to skin a cat’.
