We've been waiting for the new year for a long time, and now that's its here......how focused are you? The chance to create a new you is now! The chance to "start over" is now!
So what do you do at this point?
Everyone has an opportunity, everyone has the product you need to make you "better" (at least that's what they say). But it's not up to them, it's not up to the guru, expert or top marketer to tell you that.
YOU tell yourself what you need to make you "better"!
Most I can do is tell you what I did to make ME better, and hope you'll follow in my footsteps. If your truly paying attention to the marketing world, you'll know that everyone is working on something new. Mike Dillard is working on something new. Perry Belcher is ALWAYS working on something new. I'm more than sure Frank Kern is working on something new.
I hope you know all 3 names I just mentioned because those are the hottest "big guys" to be paying attention to right now. Mike, Perry and Frank. Yea, there is a cruise ship full of other marketers that make big money, but I'm not talking about them right now.
To be truthful, only a few are "top-of-the-mind".....why is that?

The 3 guys I mentioned are so busy, that their always the "talk of the town".
When I began to recognize certain marketers, I figured out that whenever they make a video, write an article, update their twitter, or give ANY FREE CONTENT - that they're giving out "secrets" in those moments!
Do you pay attention to Frank Kern's character? The way he comes off as lazy.
Do you pay attention to Perry Belcher's character? He's always excited, direct and humorous.
Do you pay attention to Mike Dillard's character? He's confident, sure of himself and his work.
Paying attention to every detail of their character will reveal the TRUE SECRET'S of Attraction Marketing! We have grown to feel like we know certain guru's just from the content we've read and viewed. They don't have to give us anything free!
You should know that time is very valuable. The free time these guys actually have....they use it to give out cool stuff for free!
THAT'S BEING FOCUSED!
How?
Focus is knowing that your end goal is coming to be a part of your reality. Success comes to those who want it bad, and know how their going to get it.
WE HAVE ALL THE SECRETS! But not everyone is focused.

Staying focused
Hi Mike:
I enjoyed reading your posting, especially as the three gurus you mentioned are three of my favorites. When I think of those three, I see clearly how they have branded themselves. No one else is like any of them. They are unique and their personality shines through. They are consistent and are always true to themselves.
Now back to staying focused -- When someone is trying to create a spark or start a fire with a magnifying glass they don't keep moving it all over the place -- it has to be focused on the one spot and you have to hold it steady and not wander off your course.
If you are persistent and remain steady and keep at it, you will light that fire. Likewise, with our business we have to have that same laser precision in zeroing in on our target. If we are all over the place, we are not going to have great results.
My suggestion is to find your strengths and play to them. If you are good at doing videos then specialize in videos. Perhaps you are a great writer -- then write lots of articles. If you are hopeless at writing, then you can always outsource that. Just about anything can be outsourced these days. However, when you do this you have to be prepared for that material not to adequately represent you and your unique personality. It is always better to do it yourself, if at all possible.
Focus
is what keeps you on the straight and narrow to accomplishing your goals. As soon as you wander off the path of FOCUS, you must realize that you could be stalling your success. You have to also stay consistent and positive in everyhing that you do or again you will be stalling your success. I'm about to hit the ground jogging any day now. I'm just pacing myself. So, here's to staying focused. That sound you hear is the pitter patter of my feet jogging down the road of success. Slow and steady wins the race. Thanks for sharing Mike And Jan.
