What Exactly Are We Changing?

Sometimes I like to sit and think about things, anything, and often random things. One such thing to come to mind recently was the name of our tea, "Changing The World 2gether", and the sub-heading of "One Person at a Time".

Then it occurred to me that what we are REALLY doing can be explained by a phrase formed from those two; "Changing One Person At A Time".

This is exactly what we are seeing in our team, before our very eyes. Even when it seems things move slowly, it's very very interesting to see what is happening with individual team members. In the last couple of months we have seen a number of people step up and take responsibility for their own futures, and the futures of their CTWT colleagues. There are people on the team who have really come out of their shells, and are putting themselves "out there" and making sure they are counted.

It is truly a wonderful thing to witness, and long may it continue.
