In my era of recuriting down-line members in a network marketing business it was a really tough thing to do. We didn't have the luxury of the internet. We had to:

Make A list of friend. Friends learned how to dodge you.
Approach a stranger. The famous 3 foot rule.
Make a "Can't Lose" offer to every family member. You want your kids, grand parents, aunts-uncles, cousins to love you when they all become rich and famous.
Make the same "Can't Lose" offer to your relatives friends.
Promise everyone you talk to that they will lead their Dream Life."
Repeat all above as often as necessary.

It soon became an endless "Chase The Prospect" race. The odd part of it all is that it actually worked for the really great "Go-Getters". I know a number of them and thy are doing really good. But, I'm not one of them.

Enter the new era of the Internet. I've come across a couple of good sites that turned my way of recuriting a full 180 degrees in recuriting. Their idea is this; "Get The Prospects To Chase You!"

What an idea! I'm still on the learning curve but I do see some great possibilities in the theory.

I have one major wall to get over. Some, not all, but some, MLM (Networking) businesses are stuck in the "Old School" recuriting rut. There is a slow transition taking place on how to get the prospects to chase the IBOs so there is a glimmer of hope.

My point is this. Don't give up recuriting prospects to build your business. A great man in a great movie put it like this; "Endevor To Preserver." (Chief Dan George said that.)

Learn how to make the best of the Internet and just maybe you can be the next "Bill Gates/Donald Trump" IBO.
