No matter the endeavor the key to success is your ability to lead others.

Each of us currently lead at a certain skill level.

Lets say on a scale of 1 - 10 your leadership skills measures at a 6. What we know is the effectiveness of your work will never rise above your ability to lead and influence others. To produce on a higher level than your leadership, you must improve you leadership skills. In other words, your leadership skills will determine your level of success and the success of the people who work around you.

As the president of Hyatt Hotels said "If there is anything I have learned in my 27 years in the service industry, it is this: 99 percent of all the employees want to do a good job. How they perform is simply a reflection of the one for whom they work."

So start developing your leadership skills because they can be acquired.
