Leadership has to do with casting a vision and motivation of people. Remember people would rather be led then managed. As a leader you must inspire people to do better worik.

Now what is the defintion of leadership? When asked this, most people will associate leadership with a title or achieve a position. However, when they get that title, they will think they have become a leader.

Well, this causes a couple of problems. The ones who pocess the title, will have the frustration of a few followers. And the ones who lack the title, may not see themselfs as a leader and therefore don't develop leadership skills.

So, leadership actually comes down to the ability to get followers, nothing more or nothng less.
