Hi everyone, Paul I agree with you, that everyone will eventualy be called upon to lead at some poin in our lives, I would also say that some position themself willingly or not at the front of the pack then find themself leading. If one believes in yourself it will show so others will want to be around you.

You speak or present yourself in a way that attracts people.
