BIG Insight:

Follow in the footsteps of people that have built it and built it big, don't be shy to ask for help.

Even if you have just started and your sponsor has just started and your sponsor's sponsor has just started it's OK! Leverage off of people that are currently - "TODAY" - building it, not people that have done it before but are not building "today". There is a lot to learn from everyone just be open minded to receive it.

And most importantly work with people that are willing to share without any expectation of anything in return, you don't have to pay to learn if you find the right people to work with.

"To be successful..."

I don't know who said it but I once heard that "If you want to be successful, surround yourself with successful peaople. Whether or not they are directly "teaching" you anything, their attitudes and behaviors will eventually rub off on you. I thought that was great advide too.
