Read More: This group is an answer to my prayers. I was just blogging that I need to connect with groups as I do not have a mastermind group. I have already downloaded the 10 secrets and read it. Good stuff.
Still I spend hours on the internet each day and in spite of being associated with a MLM company that I think is great (and others are making money with) and having 7 sites & an autoresponder and developing a list....STILL I have not earned a nickle.
. I just heard something tonight in a webinar that opened a door for me.
We all know about setting goals, and being specific, etc etc
But what I learned is that my goals have to be around daily habits - like a specific schedule of habits which will lead to the achievements I want. This guy talked about being serious about what we are doing, being passionate to it and being committed to it DAILY!!
I see I have to refocus myself.
All I know is that when times are trying we MUST keep trying....and never, never quit!!

PS - Can someone tell me what is meant by a back link and how one creates one!?!

Hi Rachael, I'm Steve.
A bink link is simply another site that links to yours. However it's always best when the way they link is by hiding your URL inside of a word that your content is about.
For instance if you have a website about Collectible Unicorns and another site wants to link to your site, the ideal situation would be if they made the word "Collectible Unicorns" clickable to www.YourUnicornSite.com
That's all a back link really is.
Diggin a little deeper, if the site linking to you is the premier website for connecting buyers to rare collectibles and you are the collectible uicorn site they link to, then that's a really great backlink to have.
If someone links to you with your most relevent keyword then they think you've got a really awesome site.
You can start to understand alot more about this kind of stuff from www.SEONetworker.com which is run by two of the instructors for this site.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. i appreciate it and I must register with Free Mentoring....I did that months ago...and then went on to something else and (yeah you guessed it!) Lost focus!!
Anyway today I registered for Desktop Mentor - a 29-day program with a daily instruction. I will see how tht goes....but that certainly does not prevent a good cleanse as well. you see I want it all....and I wanted it yesterday~!!!

The absolute best thing you can do for yourself is to do 30 minutes of personal development a day. There you will learn from the absolute masters. Summarize what you have learned each day from your reading, keep it in a notebook and refer back to it frequently AND of course implement what you've learned.
If you are with a good company with an "encouraging" compensation plan and a system that allows you to generate your own leads you will be ready to handle the success that comes your way.
