My best practice
My best practice tip is to always folow up and to act when I feel prompted.
I always do the best when I do it now. I try not to procrastinate (especially when it comes to assisting my downline of future downline) as I realize that if they don't feel that I care they will not do as good in the business, nor will they stay with me long.
That is one of my best tips is to be promt and let my downline know that I am concerned with their success.
This is part of providing more value than is expected.

Helping others
I've found that when you help others by giving them value, in your downline or organization by doing a presentation for them and answering the tough questions for them it increases their confidence and it also teaches them how to do the same for others.
