Methods of building different downlines
Group: New Age ACNSo to get us started with our ACN group I thought a good topic, and a very insiteful one, to start with would be how you build your downline. When I first started with ACN I had a plan on how to build my downline to get me as far up the commission ladder as possible, and boy has it worked. I prospected just as normal but whenever I came across an amazing new rep ( an alpha rep in a way) I would spend the vast majority of my time training him/her to rapidly expand their downline and in turn raise my position within the commission ladder. I don't know how it works in the US but in the UK I needed to have 200 points in 3 seperate legs of my downline to achieve my first goal of Team Co-Ordinator. I still sponsored like crazy but spending that little bit extra time with people that had the potential paid off massively. I have sometimes even found myself giving away reps to my downline to speed up the process and I'm sure I will give away alot more in the future. I am now working on becoming an RVP and am working very closely with 2 amazing reps so shouldn't be long till I get a nice new shiny badge :D . Just a starting point for a very important discussion, please if you use any different methods share and learn.
Thanks
Gerry
