I'm always getting invited to Ning groups,and I don't have a problem with it more the merrier - bugs me when people don't have profile pictures on their account as it looks like they can't be bothered.

So I made a 5 step pdf - and plonk it on any persons profile there that doesn't have a picture up - what I have found so far is that some people genuinely don't know how to, or have never considered putting a picture up of themselves so hopefully it is of some use! - it's in pdf format
