I just had to FIRE my hosting company, which I've recommended in the past. My sites were down all weekend with no warning, no communication, nothing. That kind of stuff is unacceptable, especially if your an internet marketer like myself, and your living depends on your sites being up.

I was impressed

I tried out hostgator too and was impressed. Unfortunately they didn't support ffmpeg and for the site I was building at the time it was a deal breaker. I've definetely got them on my list of best service if I need an additional host.
