A prospect just called me today so I put what I had learned to practice. The posturing techniques that are taught worked unbelievably well. I was in complete control of the entire conversation. The prospect tried to "reverse sell" me on one of his programs ... but using the techiques I had just learned, I was able to re-establish immediate and firm control of the conversation. By the end of the call, the prospect enthusastically thanked me no less that 4 times for the fact that I spent the time on the phone with him.
I had completed listening to all 6 CDs and am in the process of re-listening to them (am on CD #3, ready to pop in CD #4 later today).
This is a must-have for *any* MLM business. The teachings are sound and integrity-based, which makes it all-the-more a perfect fit with the Team BeachBody business model.

Carol Eisner, 15 years PR background, who did PR for Diabesity will head up efforts. No infomercial currently schedule. She will bring it to media and create buzz centering around Kathy Smith. Look for her on various Talk Shows. Carol is meeting with ADA. It has a large Expo in May and Kathy will be there. Probably other expos take place. qualifications to receive coaches:
Diamond in good standing, active and be current on fees.
participate in community (WOWY and club. bio and minimum of before photo and profile)
at least 8 WOWYs in last 30 days; be a product of the product.
Accumulate at least 100 Home direct points, of which at least 50 from your own purchases.
In last 60 days you must demonstrate that you're a leader. This means that you enrolled a new coach, not from the coach connection program; or one of your personally sponsored coaches advanced one rank; or you added one success link.
TBB wants to make sure new coach is adequately sponsored. May tweak qualifications depending on number of coaches enrolled.
The infomercial presents a base offer; to receive coach kit and fitness product, select one of 4: Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, Slim in 6 or Power90. 3 payments of $39.95. Once the person calls, then offered a series of upsells:
1. purchase showcase pack and get 6 programs rather than just one. Lending library and familiarize with all products. If yes, then payments of $39.95 extend from 3 months to 7 months.
2. next offer, Health and Wealth pack. Basically Home Direct health products along with Club membership. Billed monthly. It's billed every month on top of the payment plan selected above.
3. Final upsell. Business Builder Pack. Business materials that they're working on now. Will be made available to us later.
Experience, over 75% of people who respond, take base offer. So this means we should talk to them about Showcase pack. Educate them about Club membership too. If they buy, we get regular bonus and volume. Also sell on home direct. Otherwise, any products they purchase, no team volumes and commissions. Will have personal volumes for the individual. But not team points. One of the reason they structure it this way to make sure we had an opportunity to engage with new coach right away and have upfront earning potential attached.

TBB is revising this letter and expected to launch it soon. More focused about what to do when log in. Will have to complete account information. Know who sponsor is and info. Encouraging them to create screen name and create profile. Specific directions about getting into business ASAP. Because there will be more communication from us, eliminate system-generated welcome from coach. Often there is confusion. It appears as if coach wrote it.
Cleaning up around customer lead program. Which orders are commission and which are not. Might happen in early December. No changes, just clean up.

MDB Million Dollar Body Game. December 1 is final date for submission for success stories for 2008.
Tease: in 2009 a variation. 2 changes: Success stories exclusive to club will be available for all TBB members. Daily game remains but will become exclusive to Club members. This is incentive to join club! Adding quarterly conest to mix. All 24 winners from 3 months will compete for top prizes.
