Hi everyone!  Welcome to The First 300, a discussion group within the BetterNetworker.com site.

I organized this group in order to get ideas going for people like me who were having a hard time reaching the simple goal of $300 per month income.

Why $300 and not $10,000 or $20,000 per month?  Because I needed some ideas that I could pass along to my downline to help them get started.  $300 a month doesn't sound like much, but it can be the make-or-break difference for new distributors.  $300 will silence the critics, and it will help pay simple bills like web hosting, cell phones, and other business needs.

What I have discovered is that there are systems in place for building your business to almost any income level you can think of.  You don't have to reinvent the wheel for that.  But how can you stay in business, much less purchase these systems, when you don't have any money coming in?

That's what this group is for.

One simple starting point for any distributor is to become an affiliate of Magnetic Sponsoring, then work to sell 15 copies of the book each month.  Nothing complicated, you see.  But how would you train a new recruit to get started learning and marketing Magnetic Sponsoring?  That's the opening question that I would throw open to the group.

I'm looking forward to hearing any ideas!

As you said, most people just starting out might not have a lot of money to invest in their marketing efforts.  For that reason, I would recommend following the five steps in Dillard's Building on A Budget.  That's certainly where I'm starting from.
