I had to chuckle when I read the last line in your post,"

- note: ( if you have a huge ego, are arrogant, self-centered, you have a temper or don't love helpping people.... then don't waiste your/my time  ;-) "

I was just wondering how you're going to go about building a company without these type of people? I only say this because I've never experienced the company of any sort of network marketing magnitude that did not have people like this in it.

If you do figure out how to do it however please let me know as I would find this type of information fascinating. Thanks.

I do not understand your email/comment......

I do not understand your comment or why you invested the time to make it... unless I do not "get it"... you seem to accept the un-healthy working environment of individuals/owners who can more about themselves than others ?

- why would you wish to associate with leaders who are self-centered... have huge ego's... are arrogant and have tempers...

- they arely if ever make it long-term. These are the types of people who give the industry a bad name.... why would you accept/defend/tolerate this type of action/behavior/condition

I dislike being with and associating with these types of people.... why would you tolerate this condition in your life ?

there are plenty of oppty's in the industry that have giving, caring, sharing, loving, helpful SERVENT-BASED LEADERSHIP........ it's fun to be in this style of environment.... you can get the latter in the Corp World  ;(

and this is the only type of program I would like to be associated with.... end of story  ;-)
