Group: Women Helping WomenI'm back from my extended hiatus and ready to hit the ground running.
What has been the most positive result that you've achieved by leveraging BetterNetworker.com?
Examples:
Have you sponsored anyone into your business?
Have you entered into a joint venture with another member?
Have you discovered a mentor?
Have you made a new friend?
Let me know your story, I'm interested in hearing what's going on out there?
Thanks,
Melinda

Glad you are back!
Hi Melinda! I am so glad you are back! I just read your post from the 9th and I have tremendous respect for your honesty and feelings towards "giving back." I am very new to social media/network marketing but have found that there are blogs/websites that I immediately like and ones I don’t like so much. I look forward to you sharing your blog because I can tell I am going to like it. I can relate to your biggest hurdle, fear. I too fear leaving my "day job" (I don’t make nearly 6 figures but I do work for a very prestigious Government agency) For me, it’s all about stepping out of my comfort zones.
I am hoping that this group will be a place for me to express myself, without getting judged. I hope to receive as much support as I give unconditionally to other women trying to realize their dreams, and then creating steps to reach those dreams.
I truly believe woman hold a power above and beyond what they are even aware of. Instead of turning into gossipy, jealous, "mean girls" lets come together as women, help each other through the ever present stress of life that all of us as women experience. Let’s see no color, create no racial divides, place no income level expectations on one another and not judge each other for our differences. Let’s embrace our differences, challenge each other to be the best we can be and create a group that is a force to be reckoned with!
Love it!
Another one of my biggest challenges is making sure that I am adding value here. I have seen a lot of other folks just reposting content they got via email from other sources, and "join my opportunity" posts, as well as signature linking to "me too" comments.
That is not what BetterNetworker needs to be successful. Of course, I have some radical ideas regarding networking, because I believe that only the real "leaders" will make it in this industry, and to be a real leader, you must develop your own content.
I want to help develop leaders while developing as a leader myself, and contrary to what you'll hear most around here, being "duplicatible" is not where the real money is. Of course they want to sell you on, "do what I did and you'll make tons of money," but by the time they "sell" those ideas? The primary market is exhausted.
Truly watch the industry leaders... they are innovaters, not duplicaters.
