Read More: Showing the Plan | Sponsoring and RecruitingIf you are a Independent Distributor for MXI Corp, working with Xocai Healthy Chocolate (lucky you!) then you must have a plan. Everyone, in every business MUST have a "Plan" (as they say, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail....) but in the Healthy Chocolate business I say you MUST have a plan because I know for a fact that there IS one!
Have you heard about the Power of 2 Action Plan. It is really quite simple and starting with YOU (as the leader of your own business) by you enrolling just TWO people. One on your Left Leg and One on your Right (remember - we all need to stand on our own two feet): This plan works even IF your Sponsor doesn't place anyone under you. But it works even better if they do - and they probably will.
Now if you faithfully follow the plan and you continue to enrol just two people every month (one on your left, and one on your right) and teach them to do the very same, then with the power of 2 duplication method, you would have a staggering 1458 distributors in your team in just 7 months time!
If you would like further details please let me know. Eg. how the figures duplicate like that (awesome, isn't it?) BUT there you have it, in a nutshell, your perfect plan to potential success. You just have to follow it and make sure your team members follow the plan as well. And of course we know that it doesn't always follow the plan - but you have to try (and lead by example so that your team members feel able to do the same too). It is not complicated. It is easy to follow in theory. And it should be easy enough in practice. With 9 out of 10 people eating chocolate, everyone should know at least two people that they can tell about Healthy Chocolate every month. Good Luck with this all.

It could be you are just not talking to enough people or the right type people. You have to look for leaders and people who "get it".
Are you with Xocai or another MLM? If you are not with Xocai, it could also be that you don't have the right product.

Well, you are actually on the right track if you have signed up two (one on your left and one on your right) and now, even if you personally never actually signed up another person, you should be growing your team anyway - by helping the two that you have signed.
Like most people new to a business, (perhaps yourself included?) the two members of your team are possibly "nervous" or unsure about making that first step (ie. talking to people about their business); maybe (like you) they are waiting to be told what to do next. I would suggest that you take the initiative with the two people you have enrolled. They are probably waiting for some advice and leadership here (which is no reflection on you, if you have not been given the same advice and leadership from the top down, by the way). Check with your own sponsor as to what they would offer others (what did they offer you, by way of assistance?) If it looks good, pass this information onto your two enrollees. If it hasn't helped you much at all (which sounds like it is probably the case?) then think of how you can help your networkers do what you have done and enrol just two. Pass them to any training site that you have access to, or simply copy and give them the "Power of 2 Action Plan".
It is simple enough, and when they have enrolled two (and their two enrollees have enrolled two, and so on....) you will soon have a great team building under you and will be proud and excited that you have helped them achieve the goal of enrolling just two as well.
Remember this is YOUR business, so you have to be responsible for leading your team (and then gently pass them the responsibility for leading their own); if everyone who joins then takes the same responsible attitude then it will be a lot easier for people to naturally build on this.

You will see my reply on "Teaching Others" which may or may not be helpful if your own case; later perhaps - when you have actually signed up your first two members? Because I am sure you will sign up in your team - it's only a matter of time (or timing!) This is such a brilliant opportunity that people will not want to miss it! But, as with anything, you need to reach the right people at the right time. Think about who you are telling. You ARE telling people aren't you??!! It is surprising how many people sign up to a MLM business and then keep quiet about it for one reason or another. They are new to MLM and don't know where to start, so they avoid starting; or feel they don't know enough about the product they are promoting (well, unless you are a highly technical person I'd suggest you avoid something technical at all costs - but this is CHOCOLATE, so relax - it is something we all know about already!)
Have you actually done what EVERY MLM company tells you to do (that is, make a list of your warm and cold markets eg. friends, family, colleagues etc) it really can help focus you - and you may even look at the list and realise that you just haven't told anyone about your business at all lately.
Do you have a business card or promotional leaflets to distribute, or a website which you can promote (well, of course with Xocai you get the website automatically - but have you got a catchy name that you use with it? I changed my site name to www.ChocolateMadePerfect.com which is easier for people to remember). How are you getting your message across? Every new business needs to market itself, and with this one you get the opportunity to promote the healthy chocolate as a product to enjoy or the business as an extra income opportunity. People will usually go for one or the other (and then automatically gain the benefit from whichever they did not initially opt for eg. buy the chocolate for personal consumption and then join the business, or join the business and then find they really enjoy the product)Decide which market you are tapping into (the consumers or the business) and then market accordingly.
