How To upload Mp3 Audio With Player On Your Blogger Or Wordpress Step By Step Transcript

I tried uploading the text with images on the video section but didn't work. I hope it works ok here. I might as well share the step by step in a text format. Here's how you upload your own mp3 audio on your blogger and you can do this on wordpress too.

I'm going to go straight to the beginning, just in case someone says, "but how do I record the audio." I always do this anyway because we assume people know and well, the information can be of value to someone who doesn't.

First, here's the example you see on my blog and you see the player is there and works.

Step 1, go on google and type in audacity..

Step 2, You'll see the top page link which you need to click on and leave the rest...

Step 3, You'll get to audacity page and just download the software and open it up when loading is done..

Step 4, Time to record. Press record and go for it...

Step 5, Save your file as MP3. It's important you save it as this format and not wav and any another.

Step 6, Now, we need to upload your mp3 somewhere. So visit a website called divshare.com and create a free acount. Then confirm your email and go back to this same website.

Step 7  Go to the dashboard first to get ready to upload your track...

Step 8,  When you visit the dashboard then you'll see this window. At the moment you have no files upload..

Step 9, Go to your right and press the button that say, Upload a new file...

Step 10, You'll see this window and browse to find your audio....

Step 11, Add your keywords in and make them relevant...

Step 12, Create a seperate folder so your audios are organised and easy to find in future..

Step 13, Make sure to add your email address because it will take time to upload. So you can go and do whatever work you need, while leaving the window open, and let it continue to upload. It will send you an alert email to say the uploading is complete...

Step 14 Press Upload and give it some time. Usually about a couple of minutes. Depending on the size of your audio file....

Step 15, When it's done uploading, it will give you a link. Click on it..

Step 16, It will show you a page where your file is and with it's player. This is what the page looks like...

Step 17 Go to the player and click on the word that says share..

.Step 18, The moment you press share, you will be able to copy the html code. Just press COPY...

Step 19, Now, visit your own blog, whether it's wordpress or blogger. I am showing the blogger account I have..

Step 21, Now, paste your code wherever you want your audio to be...

Step 23, Congratulations. You now have your own audio on your blog with a player. Example here of you wish to see. Simple ain't it? Someone owes me $50 because they said, "Oh but Adam, it just impossible for free. You'll have to maybe do a video and put audio on the video." Nothing is impossible. Not with the internet, social media and a bit of research.
