It appears that the giant(s) of the web are about to exact legal action against anyone/business using their Intellectual Property for profit outside of their acceptable terms and conditions. This action will shake the foundations of many an internet business - yet Kooday remains impervious.

Why? … because while the rest “walk the same path” as the giant(s) of the web by using their search content (i.e. intellectual property) – Kooday created its’ own content.

From the moment Kooday arrived on the Search Engine scene quietly and unnoticed by most – it brought an entirely new and unique approach to the “search engine industry” but there was more to it than that.
