I am new to BN and just found this group, which seems to be a great idea for sharing helpful information relevant to our lives. Recent health issues have caused me to realize the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, and I'm equally interested in hearing from others and sharing what I've learned in the past couple of years.  I'm surprised there seems to have been no recent activity.  Is this group still active?
