I want to quickly introduce myself to the group. My name is Willy Nelson Jr. and I am not related to the singer :) I was introduced to Network Marketing by a very good friend of mine back in 1997 (13 years ago) and at the time was a very busy Wal-Mart manager. Once I got the concept of Network Marketing, it just made sense. I have been involved in Network Marketing through 9-11 and a couple of minor recessions. I find that people geniunely are looking to make an additional stream of income, working for the man doesn't cut it anymore. But upon entering this new phase in the World ( very close to a depression if not actually in a depression) I believe we as leaders have to get creative and think outside of the box! I was having one of those kind of brain storm sessions with my business partner and the website http://thesocialgrowth.com was birthed! It was originally created to assist my team in growing online and in the wave of the future, Social Media. I started getting feedback from others that it was a valuable tool that they wished they could offer to their teams also. So my partner and I opened this site up to the World.
