Read More: The biggest challege that I currently face is public speaking. I am turning this challenge into a goal, by conducting local seminars and workshops in my local community in the next three months. The first step is to research methods to improve my public speaking skills.

re Public Speaking
If there is a Toast Masters group in your community you should go check them out. In my experience I found that to be very helpful. A small group of people with a similar desire to better there public speaking. Non-judgemental, constructive critiquing....
I now prefer to speak to a large group rather than a small one. If people come to an event that you are speaking at than they have already let you know that they are interested in what you have to say. If they are quiet when you speak than you know that you're holding their attention. Hope this helps. Deb
