This is a story about a young man who lived in a major city. He grew up happy in the small side of town. Both parents worked with five children to care for. This was a normal family lifestyle most like any other family living conditions. When it came time to get a job, he went to get a job with the city government. Because he was small, it was hard to get hired. Eventually, he got the job and was trained in its duties. On one of his jobs, he would go out and celebrate with his co-workers at a Dairy Queen with such delights as banana splits, fudge sundaes, and other ice cream desserts. They would also cater to the local small businesses and eat what was on their menus. He always thought that he was healthy and knew that he could still outrun anybody within fifty yards and catch them. He also found walking was a great exercise to stay in shape. One particular job was to walk to the next place to answer a call. Soon, his co-workers wanted to ride the distance instead of walking less than a mile. Still eating everything in but in moderation. This lifestyle landed him in the doctor's office with near blindness.

Wondering what was happening, his cholesterol was very high and out of control which caused the near blindness. As long as he was walking it, everything was fine and felt everything was under control. When he stopped walking, his cholesterol went out of control.
