Very often this would be in MLM/Franchising, or simply bringing Dreams into Reality, for Thousands of Experienced Men & Women who have been thrown (or are "about to be let go" by ungrateful, ageist Employers) onto the proverbial Scrap-heap. No Longer seen as being fit-for-purpose, by Society.
