The Old Fashion Way - Building Relationships and Helping People

I would like to hear from people, and be able to imput myself, about ways to improve the way we help others when starting a new business. I think that there are the basics that we were all taught and teach others, then there is the tips and ideas we have come into on our own, and then there is the imput I am seeking! How to help people become self motivated. Teaching the concept of never giving up, but really making it a reality for people who are unsure or hesitant.

I mean I love my business and the more I help others the better I feel, but in reality I don't have a ton of experience teaching the organizational part of things, the coaching part, that sort of thing. So I am open to ideas.
