About You, Your MLM and Your Health

I wanted to start a group on how our health can effect our vision, our dreams, our work, and eventually our pocket book.

After struggling for years with stress related illnesses I really wanted to share some things that have helped me in overcoming work related stress and hopefully have others share their stories as well.

MLM's can be very exciting and also very taxing and the body can't distinguish between good stress and bad stress, so learning ways to deal with the stress can be a real blessing.

I'm not a doctor but I do love to share knowledge that I have gained.
