In this lecture I am going to teach you how to build a successful down line while sponsoring 10-30 reps/month! Team this is going to be the key to achieving financial freedom. Congratulations to those who choose to follow and goodbye to those who miss the opportunity!
Sponsoring 10-30 Reps/month
The first step to creating a massive down line is simple: “You need to pickup the phone to turn those leads into distributors!”
There are three major mistakes Home Based Business owners make:
- Underestimate how many people they are going to have to approach about their opportunity. You must adopt the mindset that someone is always waiting for an opportunity. Don’t be concerned if they say yes or no because it is proven that every top income earner in a business has heard more No’s then yes!
- Just take action. People fail because they fail to take action. Don’t spend time studying the business and the product. People respect your passion. In this industry you learn by taking doing…. So just take action!!!!!!!!!
- The last reason is because we try to sell to our prospects. There is plenty of marketing tools that your business offers that will do that for you. (Dvd’s, conference calls, website and Cd’s)
Approaching prospects:
You want prospects to convince you that they are worth your time and why you should let them into your business and into your team! What we mean by this is qualify your leads. Find their morals, why, and desire to make a change for tomorrow. By interviewing and asking them questions you are doing something different then what they have been exposed to by other network marketers. We are looking for those 3 per centers who are going to be self motivated, go getters and driven. We are trying to see if they are content where they are, or if they are looking for more and willing to work for it.
Interviewing prospects:
Question 1: Whay are you looking for a business? What are your goals and what are you trying to accomplish?
Question 2: What is it that has driven you to this point to look for a business at this time of your life? This is important b/c people have different reasons. For example: Bankruptcy, financial freedom, Spend more time with their family, tired of living pay-check to pay-check, and most of all job security.
Question3: What kind of income are you looking to make in a business of your own? We are looking for big dreamers. And can you see yourself doing that, because if you can’t then most likely you won’t!
Leadership
Your attitude when you’re prospecting, “You don’t need anyone,” Make them qualify for your time and service. Have lots and lots of people to talk too!
How do you sponsor someone new, when you are new yourself?
Your joining a team of people when you join network marketing. If you want it, you have to go get it. When you are sponsoring someone, get them on the phone with your up line. You are always stronger when you add a third credibility.
What do you say when they ask your income?
You should be asking the questions!!!!!!!!!!!! This gives you control of the conversation. Immediately re-counter the question. Tell them it’s not about what I am making, it’s about what you’re going to be making. There is nothing in this business that would keep you from surpassing me in income. Unlike corporate America which you can never surpass the boss or owner.
Alpha Prospects
You keep in mind that you know more then the person you are talking to. Right now they are in your pond. When questioned say, We’ll get to that point, what I’m trying to see is if you are qualified.”
Dominating Prospects
- Get your Goals
- Talk to tons of people
- Dedicate time to the business. Turn dead time into productive time. Make calls while in traffic, at lunch, and so on.
- Make Hundreds of calls a month
- Get to national events. You meet higher people, you receive expert advice.
Marketing & Advertising
The biggest mistake net workers make is advertising without any training. Your goal of your advertisement is to capture the readers contact information. This is a great example of a very successful ad:
“(Company name) Reps Come see how I got 79 sign ups in 90 days without calling anyone.”
What this ad is translated as is, “I’m an expert. I got 79 sign ups in 90 days. I can help you. It’s easy and fast. You don’t know how to do this. I can show you how and make life easier. Let me help you sponsor more reps.
We struggle to sponsor tons of reps because we are only providing part of the solution. We are leaving out the system. Now I am about to show you a typical ad.
“Breaking news (company). Fastest growing team in (company). Questions? Feel free to call me or visit www.(xxx). Com
When translated this says, “Another company launching. Big deal I’ve already joined 3 in the past and I’m still broke. Fastest growing team? I heard that last time. Call with questions? Why so you can pitch me on your big deal company? No, thanks I have one!
Know what you are selling
When you’re marketing your opportunity your not selling the business or the compensation plan. You are selling pleasure through the attachment of wealth. You are selling pride and achievement. You are selling the education of their children. Their dream car they always wanted. You are delivering the solution to painful bills and a frustrated spouse. You are selling a solution (to their pains) and benefits (pleasure)
Prospect with posture
Become an Alpha leader and not a beta. This is how you build and organization and sponsor the right people. Make everybody earn your time! The best way to build posture is to sit up straight or stand while on the phone, have energy in your voice and know in your head you have the key to the vault. People will partner with you, because of you and your system.
Here is the rule we live by as home business owners: “We sort and we market. We do not sell.” One of the quickest ways to fail in network marketing is to become a sales person. They do sponsor people like crazy, but those people drop like flies because they do not know how to duplicate that person. That’s why systems are so important. Systems are semi-duplicatable because they level the playing field for everyone!
People don’t join a company, they join you!
So how do you know when you are selling? The moment your explaining anything about the business and its products. When your mentioning the start up price, what the products do, the background of the company….YOU”RE SELLING! It is our job to hand out information to as many people about a very exciting business opportunity, and get them the marketing tools: Websites, Dvds, brochures. These things do the presentation for you, and that’s why you don’t have to know everything about the business and it’s products. You just worry about selling yourself as a leader. Don’t waste your time with the people who don’t get it and don’t wonder why they don’t see the same opportunity as you do. Your concern is giving them the opportunity to simply say yes or no. All you are doing is creating the opportunity for something good to happen. The more opportunities you create, the more success you will have! At the bottom I have attachedvsome powerful links.
