Awesome!

Web Prosperity sounds good.

What most people like me out there (who wants to make money on the net) need most is mentoring.

Is there someone out there who can do this succesfully? I am interested. Successful mentoring is a true test of greatness in this business.

I will be checking out Web Prosperity and will afterward post another comment.

Thanks for reading this.

Great Video

Michael

Thanks for posting this as a place that people can see and hear from David D'Arcangelo as he explains this to all and the valuable tools.

If what you have WORKS, use it, however, a lot of people are just starting out and there will be very valuable training that will be included for those new people who need that and the tools.

Saving money and having it all in one location is valuable for anyone.

This is great!   I will send some people to view it, I am sure.

Question

Maybe I'm not yet familiar with how BetterNetworker works....but why am I receiving ads for Web Prosperity?  If it's just a human error and something got sent to me by mistake, no worries!  It happens to all of us.

But if it's a reflection of how messages are sent and received on BetterNetworker, it deserves a look.  I get enough ads and cross-recruiting efforts every day in my Inbox.....don't need another place for it!  :)

Happy New Year everyone!

Web Prosperity

Tony, I did not make a post about Web Prosperity at better networker site, however I have signed up for at no cost to put myself in a position to take advantage of a huge pre-launch for a great all in one set of tools that network marketers using the internet for profit at a significant savings. Check out this press release: http://www.prlog.org/10164244.pdf

Web Prosperity

Tony, I did not post anything about web prosperity on the better networker platform-although I should have. We're all about helping each other utilize the internet to create beneficial opportunities. I did release a press release which may have been picked up but I do not think so. Any way web prosperity is in a pre-launch mode with over 62.000 people that have signed up for free to secure a position that will allow them to not only save a significant amount of money each month on common tools that successful network marketers with an online presence use on a daily basis but also to be in a position to receive an additional income stream. Check out this press release: http://www.prlog.org/10164244.pdf

David Spears — Thu, 01/08/2009 - 12:13pm

I Agree with Tony Rush

I find this out of place for the intent of BetterNetworker. If I have to leave the group, so be it.

LOL - now you're actually

LOL - now you're actually making it worse. :)

But, since I'm in the conversation anyway, I'll offer my opinion.

WebProsperity has all the hallmarks of the typical "prelaunch': people falling all over themselves to join a new business that they know very little about simply because of the hype and enthusiasm of "getting in early".

Don't get me wrong. I'm sure it'll be a great suite of tools. And for those marketers who don't have these tools already in place, it might be a great product for them.

But, when people jump onto a bandwagon just because of a "feeding frenzy" mentality......these are NOT people with a business mindset. Can you picture someone getting into a McDonald's because of hype, not data? Can you picture someone starting a beauty salon just because a bunch of people they know are doing it?

And, for established networkers who just want to have a standardized service they can recommend to their team....that might be okay. But for people who are actually joining WebProsperity for the business opportunity....well, let's just say I'm amused when people start "businesses" on emotion rather than data.

Web Properity Opportunity or scam

We are all looking a ways to change our destiny. That is why we are here and paying attention to the various offers and opportunities. I am totally amazed at the ability of the connections that can be established within the internet.

I know that we make our decisions based on emotions and then find the facts to back it up. Remember the last big purchase you made? However, I agree with you that a decision to take the information and turn it into business opportunity shoud be done with facts first and emotion second.

Ask yourself why you decided to be in the business of networking. Was is originally based on emotion? I know it was for me. I became so discouraged by the fraud, cheats and lack of morals in the corporate world I decided to go into business for myself with the belief that I can make a difference for me and the people who are accountable to themselves and a team. Network Marketing creates the ideal opportunity to socialize and create businesses based products for consumption and products to help grow a network marketing business through the use of a system.

Hello Victor, I know what

Hello Victor, I know what you mean because it's difficult to find proper and consistent mentoring. I was like this as well until three weeks ago, I found the ultimate company with the ultimate business sense I have been waiting for. Their mentoring is phenomenal and they are with you all the way. You are never alone and that is one of the reasons why I am going to be successful in this business. Feel free to take a look. Please do not feel like I am asking you to look at my business, I just want to help you if you are looking for help.

Web Prosperity ? Is this a scam

OK I see that Web Prosperity has now launched.   Got the email to go and sign up and then they wanted my CC to confirm my location in the levels.  This seems like a scam to me and looks and feels like a Pyramid.   I am not sure of its value to me and thus I did not participate.  If anyone has a perspective and knows the true value of this offer I welcome it.

Cheryl MacNaughton — Tue, 01/13/2009 - 9:18pm

a view from the inside Cheryl...

I have been running weekly webinars since mid May 2008. The more people who come into the conference room I was using, the more I had to pay per month. I also do a lot of video tutorials and do not want to leave my good content in the hands of youtube alone - so have been seeking out places to host my videos in a safe place. The web prosperity suite is a bunch of tools that I currently use but from all over the place, and it appealed to me purely as a business expense where I could not only lower my monthly costs, but I could have all tools in one place. While I will not move over to using the actual auto-responder provided (even though it is built by the same company that I currently use) I will most definately be taking advantage of the rest of the products. Here is a link to my original video explanation of web prosperity - and remember, I am certainly not seeking out another biz opp, but I am very much in favour of funded proposals which is how I personally see this program.

Hope that clears up your pyramid fear Cheryl ;-)

Hi Jodie...Great Video

Hi Jodie...can you teach me to do videos like that?

I joined  WebProsperity and it launched yesterday and I signed up for the Elite program for $59.95 a month which is very inexpensive to get all those tools...plus I have 38 people signed up already so it will certainly pay for itself.  I think it is really neat and can't wait to take advantage of all the tools.

My website is

Mentors

Victor,

I hope I can be of some help to you today concerning success mentoring.

You provide a statement when you said, "What most people like me out there (who wants to make money on the net) need most is mentoring."

**Foremost, it is vital that you consider realizing, which you probably already do, that success in life is MORE than just making an income. Yes, making $$ is essential to life. But, success is substantially more!!**

For clarification, some may be asking, WHAT is success mentoring?

Mentoring is often defined in any dictionary as a:

1) developing relationship between a teacher or a counselor as well as
2) and guide and advisor.

In my personally life and my professional opinion, success mentoring is most fruitful when you have a:
1) loving, wise teacher who can be trusted and who is
2) already successful in his/her respective field.

Their advice isn't just rhetoric. Their mentoring efforts have VALUE because they've seen & lived success.

Question: So who are you to believe? Why would you trust anyone's word about success?

You can provide your input in the forum ""What Authors Are You Listening To?"

Although you'll find many advocates to state that success in life has ONE KEY or SECRET! In my professional and personal opinion, this is solely not the case. (I'd like to hear from anyone who believes there's only ONE KEY to success).

Anyone needs success spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, & financially. Success is vital at home & at work.

Success in life is multi-faceted, liken to a precious diamond. Each aspect gleams with beauty and brilliance. If chiseled right, any "diamond of success" can be totally unique to one's own life and situation.

Because of a diamond's COLOR, CLARITY, CUT & CARAT WEIGHT, no two diamonds are completely identical. The same goes for success.

No success story is ever identical.

Having said that, I find David H. Lyman's article, "The 8 Keys to Success: An Essay And Thoughts on What It Takes To Reach Your True Potential" very useful.

I hope this helps!

Mentors

Thank you Robert for the link to David Lyman's article as a useful condensed version of what success takes.  We live in amazing times. There are mentors/coaches/teachers available going back many 1000's of years.  A Buddhist proverb “When the student is ready, the teacher will appear” is the key issue for me. Are you ready?  Lyman's first key is passion.  Everyone has it.  It is usually spent on a favorite TV show or sporting event, someone else's success.  Another thought is often, in sports at least, the best coaches were not always the best at what they coach. Tony Dungy is a recent example of a great coach and a good player. Michael Jordan is not a coach either. The ability to see in someone else the necessary adjustment(s) needed to be made to make a huge difference is an ability we do not always have with the guy in the mirror.  The ability to speak it so someone can hear you and act accordingly is another gift many of us lack. How many mentors/coaches/teachers should you have? A committee of dozens or one perhaps two is the question. How long do you take ‘applications’ before you pick them and actually go to work?

Screen Capture Videos

Hi Ginny,
To do screen capture videos with a PC you can use a free tool called cam studio or a top quality software called camtasia 5 (by techsmith). Camtasia will allow you a 30 free trial but it is expensive at $299 to purchase. If you are on a Mac, the top quality software is called Screenflow (i think :-). Screen capture videos are very powerful tutorial video's for your team with massive time leverage.
Hope that helps.
Cheers
Jodie

Camtasia for half price at academic superstore

If you have a child between age k and 12, you can buy Camtasia and many other products for half price through www.academicsuperstore.com.  that's what I did.  I bought dreamweaver, snagit and camtasia.  I had to fax in proof of my daughter's school and that was it.
