I enjoyed your video and it's great that a young person like yourself is learning this lesson early in life. For a lot of us who are way, way older, unfortunately we didn't get the importance of this until much later in our lives.
For those of us in internet marketing, there are a number of things that we are involved in. We create videos, we do social networking, we write articles, blogs, press releases, call our prospects etc.
What I find is helpful is to set up a daily schedule for the entire week. I block out periods of time for each specific activity and I stick to the schedule.
I think for a lot of us we tend to keep checking our e-mails and this can be a huge distraction. A number of people I know have decided to check their e-mails twice a day only.
To accomplish the things we want to, we have to stay focused on the task at hand. We can't be all over the map. Give 100% to what we are doing right at this very moment and when that is finished move onto the next project.
You are so right. Quality is way better than quantity. Making the time to complete one task in a quality fashion is so much more rewarding then doing a terrible job at like five different things. By doing one thing at a time your life will be so much less stressful and much more invigorating because of that awesome feeling of accomplishment.
