Old School vs. New School? What gives?
Group: Better Networker Motivation Group
Tom Challan is a recruiting expert and coach
in the field of home managed business opportunities (as attested by thousands that benefited from his training... including none other than Dani Johnson herself).
In part 1of his training interview, Tom answers the ever controversial question of whether to build your business the "old school" way or the "new school way"...
His training in this interview will help you increase your sponsoring ratio and save you time (yes and yes... 2 of the most important results in our industry). If these two benefits can't get you to invest 25 minutes each week for the next 3 weeks watching his training... I don't know what will.

Truer words could not be
Truer words could not be said then when he said, "I have come to the opinion, they both work."
Kudos.
He's right it's not a competition.
Thanks Jerry. I've been loving your series of interviews. Tom is right both methods work for some people and both methods don't work for some people. You should build your business using the method or methods that is most comfortable and profitable and ethical for you.
Networking is the key offline or online.
Now that I've been involved in internet network marketing for a while, I've had a chance to fully experience both worlds. I've come to believe, too, that both work if used properly. It does depend on what you are comfortable with and what fits your personality. And it's important to have the "giving first" mentality along with networking whether you're online or offline. That's why I've made a few slight changes to my squidoo on this subject. http://www.squidoo.com/renegade-network-marketer-oath . So here's to finding the right balance!

The economy of "doers"
Hey guys - thanks for the feedback. You know, there's this whole economy of people who actually DO stuff vs. those that just just do it long enough to see results if they even get off the couch at all...
Btw, please give a thumbs-up for my videos if you like them. It's something I always enjoy seeing and relay back to my guest speakers... :-)
Dream Enormous,

Old School vs. New School
Hello. Thanks for making this video. Until recently this has been a huge internal debate for me. Should I abandon old school techniques of calling leads (gasp) or diving into the world of attraction marketing? I was torn for quite some time with this double mind syndrome and didn't do so well in my business. I came to the same wonderful conclusion that both methods work. One must just choose a method and work it. It's just that simple!
