First let’s cover a few ground rules and hopefully, help you do some cool things for your business on Better Networker.

The first order of business has to do with the Better Networker “guru levels”…

Guru Levels were designed to give you the recognition you deserve in front of the tens of thousands of home business owners and networkers who are seeking training and mentorship from entrepreneurs just like you.

Better Networker has established 5 Levels of leadership, which will be displayed on all your content postings, to give the community members a clear indication of the type of quality they should expect to receive from your specific contributions to the community.

These 5 “Guru Levels” can be reached by earning points, via your participation in the community. 

As you contribute content and are active in the community, you are rewarded with points. 

As these points accumulate, you achieve higher and higher “Guru Levels”, which will set you apart as a powerful leader within the community.

Your “Guru Level” badge will be featured at the top of all your profile and articles you post.

Here are the basic requirements for achieving these levels and recognition:

LEVEL 1 (Average Frustrated Networker): Join the community.

LEVEL 2 (Up & Comer): Complete your profile and invite 3 friends, 200 points

Profile Pre-requisites:

  • Put up a profile picture
  • Fill out about me section
  • Earn 200 points by participating in the community (post articles, videos, blogs, or in the forums)

LEVEL 3 (Pre-Alpha Networker): 2000 points

LEVEL 4 (Alpha Networker): 5000 points

LEVEL 5 (Guru): 10000 points

Don’t be intimidated by the high number of number of points you’ll need to achieve. Earning points at BetterNetworker.com is easy!

Here’s how:

  • Post an article, video, podcast or blog  = 25 points
  • Leave a comment = 5 points
  • Connect to a new friend = 5 points
  • Make a forum post = 10 points
  • Post in a group = 10 points
  • Start a group = 25 points
  • Refer a friend who creates a profile  = 50 points

Serious Warning from Carl:  
Do NOT Try to “Game the System” by Posting Junk or Re-purposed Content!

As people achieve new levels, real people (including me) will be reviewing your contributions and activity within the community according to the following criterion:

  • Quality of content
  • Original content (Not re-purposed content from other authors)
  • No blatant advertising or spamming in articles, videos, groups, guestbook entries, comments or forum posts
  • Add value to other members of the community

Abuse is not tolerated and is grounds for expulsion from Better Networker.

Our human moderators reserve the right to strip you of points and guru levels, if they find that you’ve been abusing Better Networker in anyway.

Add value and you have nothing to worry about.  Anything short of that, you risk being taken down by me!
