You will never make a sale if you never close the sale. Closing the sale means simply: Asking your prospect to take the necessary action to complete the sales transaction.
I rarely make statements. I prefer to ask questions; they reveal the heart of the person and give you a better sense on were to go from there. Here's a simple series of questions:

Oh, and as an additional benefit, no more "closing" is needed, and no more increasing heart rate when you just think about talking to someone about your business opportunity.
