Hi,

Chris here.  This is the first time I have used any sort of Bio or Blog.  It's all new and strange to me.  If you are reading this and you are just getting started I know how you feel.  It takes me back to the time when I put a free AOL CD into my CD drive embarked upon my first experience on the internet.  Now I couldn’t work without it.

I live in Scotland about 25miles from Glasgow and I have had an interesting career.  In 1982 I qualified as an Optometrist.  7 years later I found Network Marketing.  In the last 18 years I have had a part time involvement with at least 6 MLM Companies.

I attended all the events, courses and bought all the books but still fail to make a success of it.  I listened to my upline, ran more ads, handed out more flyers, made more cold calls, I bought more prospect lists but in the end it wasn’t working so I changed Company.

Each time I moved my new upline promised me that it would be different with the new Company.  I have re-worked my personal contact list more times than I would care to remember.  I worked out that the cost to acquire a new recruit in real terms including my time on the phone, handing out flyers was huge compared to the amount of income generated by that recruit,  but my upline encouraged me to look beyond that and focus on the big picture.

Then one day I looked at the big picture (the big picture of my financial position).  I was simply throwing money into a hole.  So why had I let it go on for so long?  I thought about that for a long time and the only answer I could come up with was because I was in a financial position where I could afford to.  Enough.  I was no longer prepared to throw money into the MLM (More Lost Money) hole.

I could have easily closed the door on my Network Marketing Career at that point.  I was still an optometrist and I also had a successful property business.  Guess what!  I refused to Fail.  I decided that everything up to this point was just getting me ready for massive networking success.  I started looking for.... not a new Company.... a new methodology.  I was looking for some way of approaching Network Marketing with a cost centre concept.  In simple terms if it wasn’t profitable I wouldn’t do it.

Some months later I found the Magnetic Sponsoring Bootcamp.  Mike had put together a concept that would change recruiting from a serious lost leader into, a cash neutral or even cash positive process. 

I became a student of Magnetic Sponsoring and MLM Traffic Formula.  I didn’t need to be convinced that my MLM Company, Product and Marketing Plan were not the issue. I knew that, I had to be the issue and that if I could help other networkers to get from where I was to where I am now I could build a huge list of people who would listen to what I had to offer.
