All my life i was looking to be in these place.

I worked for a big hi-tech company for the last 8 years ,I was making a good money , but have no quality time ,neither quantity time to spend with my family

I believe that should be a better way and start to look for it.I didn't want to spent my best years working for someone till age 65.
