I can still remember to this day in 1983 the phone call I got from a family member telling me that there was this awesome business opportunity meeting taking place at his friends house and it was not be missed.
I attended this business meeting and listened with great interest to what the guest speaker had to say about this opportunity he was presenting to all who attended.
 
The speaker painted a picture of how with a small financial investment into the opportunity YOU could make a lot of money!
I signed up under my family member who introduced me into the business. We left the meeting with eager expectation of making a lot of money and being financially debt free. Little did we know how much we were going to lose in joining this opportunity? We not only lost financially but also in relationships we had with others for years.
 
Back in the 80’s this was something new and exciting for us to try out. We were young and naive back then.
I recruited in total around 60 people who consisted of family and friends. As well as having my own home meetings I was also told that I had to attend these hotel meetings and bring a friend. These hotel meetings were at sometimes 60-200 miles away from home but out of commitment to our dreams we attended.
 
It all came to an end when I realised that I was making more of loss than a gain. I had products of soap piling up on me that I could not sell. It got to the point where I had more products in my house than food in the cupboard.  
 
I have since moved on and joined other various online business opportunities’ only to find these of the same nature of the others “SCAMS”.... 
  
I was told by a friend to check out Better networker. I did this and later signed up as it was free!!!
 
A lady by the name of Juanita Waterman welcomed me to Better networker and directed me to some valuable and educational information In the form of an eBook called Success In 10 Steps by Michael Dlouhy. If you want a truely educational, free, and non-promoting resource, I'd highly recommend downloading and reading this book.  It will save you from the years of frustration and failure that I and many others have had to endure.
