When it comes down to telling a story, most would say I am pretty good at it, I guess I just love to share with people where I came from. I have to say my age later, because it will be all the more fun as you read on.

I was born in Oak Park, Illinois. Was raised in and still live in Chicago, Illinois. I grew up in the city, a lot of gangs around, CPS schooling and drugs hitting the streets but if you ask me its nothing new or surprising, since its been there since I was born. I grew up with a single mother with two younger siblings, I seen the life we live, the situations we were constantly in.

I being the older "Man" of the house so to speak felt I had to learn quickly, mature quickly and hold my family on my shoulders. For years I have watched how God would always provide for us when we didn't know when the next meal was coming, we were not tremendously poor, but we were not well off either.

I didn't grow up with having all the new clothes and styles kids were wearing, I had to work with what I had. Now if I said I loved every minute of it I would be lying, I hated the fact that I was always the, "less fortunate one" and wanted something different for my life...

But I will say this, going through that has allowed me to be a humble man, to be content and appreciate what I have now and thank God, but to also fight for what you want. I told myself I would not live like this but live to make a difference for my future and work smarter rather then harder.

I remember stumbling across the concept of home business, now I always like the idea of being my own boss, "kind of like the ring to it," I told myself. So at the age of 17 I began my research in home business, I found there were millions out there and I also found that not all of them had the great integrity I searched for.

Since then I have done a lot of research, I found two companies that really caught my eye and inside, hope began to stir... Though I was young I knew what working for another man felt and still feels like. I have worked retail in which I am working now as a Manager in Public Storage, I have worked in a pharmaceutical warehouse wear I felt I was driving my body to abuse, I have worked at restaurants and banquet halls, I have worked with kids and dealt with many people and their personalities...Trust me I know how it feels to just work for security.

But as a young man graduated from Foreman High School of 09 I have decided that I will do more for me then that. See I am only 20 now, and as a matter of fact I just turned 20 in October. (So happy belated birthday to me.) But, I believe God had allowed me to go through the things I have gone through in order for me to show that it doesn't matter if your young or old, we all go through for lack of better words crap, and its what we do to better ourselves with this crap. (Do not mean to offend you with the 'crap' word, just trying to keep it real.)

I have goals and ambitions, right now I am working a steady job as a Manager at Public Storage and will be going to school for Ministry to prepare for my call as a Pastor (I am a born again Christian, but one who keeps it real.) I will also be building my home based business to have the life I want! To be able to give as much as I want!

See I am young but the money is not for me to throw away on the finer things in life, yes to pay bills, to live well but mostly to bless and help others, let's face it! It cost money to be a help (sometimes) My goal in life is to empower young and older people alike, to push them towards their dreams and to believe in them when then can't believe in themselves. I am seeking something a little different, are you down with that?
