Hello,

I came to America from Viet Nam in 1979 with my husband and two sons. My family and I settled in Illinois where our two daughters were born.    In 1989 we moved to Massachusetts. In 2004 I started my own business, Ultimate Office Solutions, working with companies to improve overall performance and revenue.  
            My expertise is working with business owners using an open-book management system. This is a management style where financial information is openly shared with all employees. Additionally, the business owner shares his or her vision with employees so everyone in the company is working as a cohesive team.
            I help business owners cultivate a company culture that is positive and supports the company’s goals, helping workers and the owners create a bond. Employees are treated with respect and are empowered within the company so that it is more of a partnership rather than top-down management. Everyone is on the same team, with a feeling of us, so that workers, not just the owner, are invested in the company’s success.
I am an inspirational speaker. My company is Hope-Empowered. My mission is to motivate, inspire, inform, enlighten, encourage, support, and empower people to conquer their obstacles and to live with a promise in their heart...HOPE. In short, “I delivers a message of hope to people who are hanging on to the edge of a cliff by their fingernails.”
