About Me

Hi my name is Andrew Peel owner of APeel Solutions an Internet marketing consultancy that offers ways to make extra money via a career working from home on the internet.

I have worked in local government in the UK for 28 years in a wide variety of roles. My profession is Change Project Manager/General Manager. I have managed in excess of 600 staff during my time in local government. I have worked at the highest strategic level deputizing for my Director at Chief Officer group meetings. Former Chief Executives and City Treasurer's have been my direct Sponsors for corporate level change projects. I am also a member of the Manchester Manager Mentoring Scheme and was a pilot Mentor.

I was a Trustee and later Chairman of Trustees for Greater Manchester South RELATE the largest UK mainland RELATE Branch. I was also Chair of their Clinical Governance Group and drove through changes in practice with the CEO.

My goal is to become a full-time entrepreneur. I will start with a team of 10 talented entrepreneurs working with me to grow a direct sales organization that will give me and all involved financial freedom.

I am one of the oldest male spina bifida patients in the world. I am a passionate advocate for reasonable adjustments in the workplace for disabled workers. For those not able to work I will create wealth creation opportunities to get them out of the benefit trap. 30% unemployment of disabled people in the UK, some with the brightest minds on the planet, is unacceptable.

howdy! i read your request of a possible overhaul to the guru level system, because you have higher blog/article points than others who may have more have higher guru levels than you. well, the only recruiting i do is adding badges to my page, and when i think someone can benefit from this group i send an invitation from the rewards page. so, far i have only recieved 50 of my points from someone i invited joining. and, in order to get to guru 2, we are only required to invite 3 people. they do not have to join. and, i think that getting an audience for something is just as important as providing something for people to hear. it seems that if you want a higher guru status, do exactly what carl suggests in the what is a guru level? information page. it worked for me. not a sermon just a suggestion. cheers!
