What Is Project Mad Duck?

Project Mad Duck is my mission, my purpose in this life and a compilation of all the research and study I've been consumed with since October, 2005.  I have been and continue to be on a journey, seeking ta new way of life, being open to new possibilities and eliminating potential roadblocks. 

 Project Mad Duck actually began as my business plan and as I was putting it together I realized that I was using the same words over and over again!  Words like Dedication, Determination, Direction, Drive (passion), Understanding, Unity, Communication, Commitment, Computers, and Knowledge, and of course, Making A Difference, was the basis of it all!  I noticed a pattern.... I realized that the most powerful words all began with the following letters:
M.A.D. D.U.C.K.  SO THERE YOU HAVE IT!  MAD DUCK.

I decided to start my own business in 2004 and after researching how to start a business I realized that the very first thing I need was a business plan.  I started writing out my plan and discovered that what I really wanted was to Make A Difference in the World and to do something extra-ordinary for mankind!  I began to put things together... I guess you could call it an ah hah moment????  You know those moments when everything seems to come full circle.  Anyway, I also knew that I needed a logo for my business and

I just happened to remember that I had taught a computer workshop several years earlier and at the end of that workshop I assigned a special project in which the students would design a flyer (ad) using graphics, color fonts, and all the "bells and whistles" they had learned throughout the 4 weeks of that workshop; to make a long story short, one of my students created an ad using the duck with the hammer and the original graphic showed the duck fixing to smash a computer with his mighty hammer.  The ad read "Don't let your computer drive you to this...call Angelisa Weaver and schedule your private lesson today!"   BRILLIANT!  THAT WAS IT!  I would use that graphic as my logo for the business that I was going to start.   AND SO IT WAS...I did use it on business cards and letterhead and the whole nine yards.  I really loved the duck with the hammer and I called him Mad Duck because he was mad at his computer which seemed to represent how alot of people were feeling for the simple reason that computers were here to stay and the average person just wasn't familiar with this new technology! (Remember...this was 2001; people were really starting to come to grips with having to have home computers as a matter of fact,  almost everybody I knew at that time was still using Windows 98/98SE) 
 

The more I looked at ole MAD DUCK I began to realize that he symbolized a HUGE portion of the population; and in mote ways than one!!  (e.g., FRUSTRATION, ANGER, DEPRESSION, DESPAIR, etc...all those negative and irritable feelings that seemed to totally stress everyone to the max)  hmmmmm.  I still couldn't put my finger on it but there was a whole lot more to this duck than just a logo for my computer tutoring business!  One day I decided to see if I could make the letters stand for something so I could use MAD DUCK as an acronym because the whole theme was perfect for the ideas I had; and more importantly, the reasons behind them!  AND THAT WAS THE BIRTH OF Project M.A.D. D.U.C.K.

 
M.A.D. D.U.C.K  is an acronym; It literally stands for....
Making A Difference thru Dedication. Understanding. Communication. & Knowledge.

The irony here is that Mad Duck symbolizes the frustration of millions, yet the mission, found in the acronym M.A.D. D.U.C.K. is one of self discovery & REcovery, education, abundance, and prosperity!

      Changing Lives by promoting financial education and social change!   Making a Difference by harnessing the power of technology and taking advantage of a new and innovative concept that is revolutionizing America's workforce AND securing the financial future for ALL!  ~PROJECT M.A.D. D.U.C.K.

That is precisely what my intentions are! 

I am dedicated to seeking as much knowledge as I can through research, conscious awareness, personal development, study, discovery, and  learning because not only do I love it and totally thrive off of it; BUT I am totally committed to understanding  how people everywhere can harness the power of the Internet and technology to come together, make positive changes and let go of outdated modes of living that no longer serve us. Together we can make a difference and create true freedom for ourselves and our families!

This time on Earth has been millions of years in the making!  We now have the intelligence and innovation to communicate in ways that bring good, kind, and caring people together worldwide!  Communication barriers no longer exist.  Distance is not an obstacle anymore.  The economy is in a place where it is much more appealing, convenient, and reasonable to work from the comfort and convenience of home; The Internet has completely changed traditional "business".  It is absolutely possible to generate a 6 figure income working part time from home or anywhere else you choose and gone are the days of discrimination in the work place!  It does not matter what race, level of education, demographic location, age, or religion. The playing field has been completely leveled.  It is a globally economy now and ANYONE, ANYWHERE has exactly the same opportunity as the next person!

I will join forces with other like-minded people who are interested in changing the World and TOGETHER WE WILL FORM A MIGHTY FORCE FOR GOOD!

Today there is something that everyone considers to be impossible. And one day soon, someone will
find a way to do it. Once that first person shows that it can be done, many others will suddenly be able
to do it too, as if by magic. Before long, not only will it no longer be impossible, it will become quite routine and commonplace.
     Many of the things you now take for granted were once considered to be completely impossible.
Thankfully, there were innovative and visionary people who didn't let that stop them.
     Are there things that you don't even dare to dream because you know that they must be impossible?
If history is any indication, then you are probably wrong. Often when something appears impossible
it is because it's viewed from a limited perspective.

I have to tell EVERYONE that I am so excited to have finally found a way to "give back" in a BIG WAY!
